Job Summary
Manage the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs while leading direct reports and defining their specific tasks and responsibilities. Plan regular team activities to cover all activity stages, monitor performance, and provide clear instructions and evaluation of results. Identify training needs for subordinates, facilitate professional development, and propose measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, and succession planning. Maintain standard and governance adherence, offer consulting for service delivery improvements, and apply change management techniques to support personal growth. Ensure functional accountability for the shift on a day-to-day basis.
Required Qualifications
