Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a team, delivering an EPIC customer experience, and driving store performance. You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget and expenses, control inventory, and ensure safety and security. You will coach and develop staff, motivate the team, and maintain a welcoming store appearance. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old and ready to work in a dynamic, customer-focused beauty environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of sales management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
