Job Summary
Manage store operations, oversee assigned budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory to ensure sales goals are met. Protect customers, associates, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies. Lead talent, inspire the team, and deliver a custom-fit solution for every customer's hair and beauty needs. Maintain a pristine store appearance and drive the development of store personnel. Requires at least three years of retail sales experience, one year of sales management experience, and operational/financial management skills. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
