Job Summary
Manage store operations by overseeing all daily activities with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Ensure customer experience by inspiring your team, protecting associates and assets through safety compliance, and guaranteeing the store maintains its best appearance. Drive results by coaching staff to enhance success and delivering custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs. This role requires at least three years of customer service experience and one year in sales management, with a cosmetology license as a plus. You will work in a dynamic environment supporting the largest hair and beauty supplier globally, with opportunities for career growth and generous product discounts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
