Job Summary

Conduct daily supervision of cash and voucher assistance activities in Bunia, including needs identification, beneficiary registration, site management, and reconciliation. Plan community mobilization strategies through radio, home visits, and theatrical performances while leading local committee formation and conflict resolution. Manage distribution sites ensuring security, crowd control, and price/quality verification against fraud risks. Supervise assistant staff, direct daily hiring, and oversee logistical controls for materials and tools. Prepare documentation for payments, maintain field archives, and submit ERM reports and lessons learned. Operate independently in challenging security contexts, adhering to strict safety protocols and international protection standards.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Ability to travel to Bunia and work in remote areas
