Job Summary
Lead the store team as a role model, coach, and performance evaluator while supervising department managers on recruiting, training, and sales program execution. Implement customer service initiatives, oversee merchandising and product ordering, and audit inventory to maintain proper shelf stock and minimize shrinkage. Enforce all store rules, health department guidelines, and safety policies while controlling labor costs and achieving sales and profit goals. Provide excellent product knowledge and ensure compliance with weights and measures requirements. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old (21 for alcohol service positions).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR
- You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
- Rehires must be approved by an HRBP
