Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning and delivering site portfolio projects at Hillsboro Technical Operations. You will organize cross-functional activities from initiation through delivery, ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence, and act as an in-house consultant for evaluating needs and vendor proposals. You may build tools for internal use and will support projects related to reliable asset performance and new capabilities, collaborating with Pharma Technical functions, Supply Chain, Development, and other groups to align delivery with site goals. Strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage diverse projects (CAPEX, sustainability, refurbishment, innovation) in a GMP environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Facilities, Mechanical, Process, Industrial) or related field OR related Science field; 5+ years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry with project/portfolio management and GMP experience; experience scoping, planning, and leading cross-functional project teams; ability to collaborate with Pharma Technical functions and Corporate groups; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; FDA-regulated industry experience preferred; PMI certification preferred.
