Job Summary
Contribute to and support the execution of the yearly CI activities plan, ensuring project goals are met. Lead continuous improvement activities including Gemba visits, weekly improvement tasks, and process improvement workshops such as External Kaizen, Internal Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Perform root cause analysis, daily improvement activities with area owners, and line balancing for process enhancement. Identify best practices for deployment and deliver CI training on specific topics to achieve certifications for employees and leadership. Manage resources to execute strategy deployment plans while working under moderate supervision. Requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including CI knowledge in manufacturing or office environments, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Occasional overnight travel is required.

- Knowledge of production operations and operator responsibilities
