Job Summary
Plans, organizes, controls and executes a production schedule for designated products, develops schedules based on actual and forecasted customer demand and knowledge of customer needs, analyzes inputs such as capacity, board cycle times, urgency of requests and material availability to determine plans, coordinates resources to meet shipment commitments, communicates materials availability to support build plans, contributes to continuous improvement of planning processes, provides leadership and guidance to team members, and collaborates with suppliers, customers and internal service to ensure timely delivery. Two to four years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are typical requirements; proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical and communication skills are emphasized.
