Job Summary
Design and optimize manufacturing processes for product design, fabrication, and assembly while evaluating workflows, space requirements, and equipment layout. Develop methods by researching, testing, and modifying procedures, then assure quality through designing testing methods and establishing standards. Improve efficiency by analyzing production schedules and calculating costs for labor, materials, and staffing. Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational, determine root causes of failures using statistical methods, and prepare documentation for new engineering procedures. Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams and guide technicians on design and development projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8D & PFMEA
- DFMA
- Manufacturing with Process & Troubleshooting Experience
- Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Sound Technical Know How in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Control Device
