Job Summary
Manage store operations to meet sales goals by overseeing budget, controlling expenses, growing revenue, and managing inventory. Ensure customer and associate safety by enforcing security rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain store appearance and inspire the team to deliver a custom-fit solution for every customer's hair and beauty needs. This role requires at least three years of retail sales experience, one year of sales management, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will work varying schedules with opportunities for career growth within the beauty industry.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
