Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, hiring, and developing store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising associates to maximize sales and drive customer loyalty, engaging and training teams to achieve results, and executing company processes. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to analyze business performance. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant retail experience, and management experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
