Job Summary
Mix, weigh, proof, bake, fry, decorate, and finish quality bakery products using Bashas' recipes while loading and unloading ovens at proper temperatures. Scale cakes, cupcakes, sweet rolls, breads, and cookies; assist with ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory, shrink, and supplies. Monitor product pricing, signage, placement, and shelf tags; maintain clean production areas, storage zones, and freezers. Wrap, box, weigh, slice, and stock department products, rotating items to ensure safety. Help decorators personalize cakes and ice donuts and sweet rolls. Display goods according to merchandising guidelines. Must be 18 years of age (21 for alcohol service). Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR
- You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
- Rehires must be approved by an HRBP
