Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products and informing customers of current promotions. Complete transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues. Set up advertising displays to highlight sales events and ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values and execute product knowledge to support the customer journey. Work flexible schedules with ample growth opportunities and receive generous product discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
