Job Summary
The role involves providing extraordinary shopping experiences by engaging with guests, demonstrating product knowledge, and assisting in merchandising and inventory procedures. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, answering questions, and maintaining a neat sales floor. Candidates should be self-starters with strong work ethics, able to manage stress in a fast-paced environment, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions
- Ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing extraordinary service
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
- Maintain a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
- Must be over the age of 21
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must work full-time or part-time hours as determined by the company
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Cannot work outside of scheduled time without management approval
