Job Summary
Teach Conversational Nakota I NAK 100 in online/remote settings (Remote (Zoom)) with course delivery formats including On-Site, Hybrid, Hyflex, or fully remote modes; provide instructional duties such as preparing outlines, grading exams, counselling students, monitoring discussions, and coordinating with department heads. Requires a Master's degree with at least 5 years post-secondary teaching experience, strong communication, and cross-cultural competencies; positions are part of the SASM Collective Bargaining Unit and paid hourly for Fall 2026 sessions in Regina, PA, and Saskatoon with remote delivery options.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with at least 5 years work experience
- Relevant experience in teaching students in a post-secondary environment
- Experience with remedial language teaching skills would be considered an asset
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and comply with academic reporting requirements
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and the ability to speak a First Nations language are considered assets
