Job Summary
Develop and maintain production workflows by creating detailed schedules for manufacturing orders and monitoring raw material and finished goods levels to forecast needs. Coordinate resources including materials, equipment, and labor while collaborating with sales, procurement, logistics, and production teams to align schedules with supply chain realities. Track output, defect rates, and on-time delivery using data to identify issues and implement improvements, addressing unexpected disruptions or bottlenecks to keep operations on track. Work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, one year of production planning experience, and familiarity with SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce/Logistic or equivalent
- At least 1 years of working experience as a Production/Supply Planning Planner
- Familiar with SAP system
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills
- Applicant must be willing to work in Senai
- Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Willing to learn
- Good time management

- Team work
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Basic knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes
- Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems
- Basic knowledge of purchasing principles, techniques and philosophies
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications
- Basic understanding of customer needs
- Good analytical and statistical skills
- Ability to plan strategically for the coordinated build and delivery of one or several products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines
