Job Summary
Supervise store associates and execute daily operations, including hiring, training, and coaching teams to meet sales KPIs and brand standards. Manage inventory ordering, payroll scheduling, and opening/closing procedures while ensuring compliance with safety, loss prevention, and HAZMAT protocols. Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and resolve concerns to drive loyalty and maximize revenue. Support the Store Manager in all areas, particularly when absent, and maintain accurate reporting on store trends and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
