Job Summary
Manage store operations to meet sales goals by overseeing assigned budgets, controlling expenses, growing revenue, and managing inventory. Ensure customer and associate safety by enforcing security rules, company policies, and safety procedures while maintaining a pristine store appearance. Lead a team by managing talent, inspiring staff, and coaching associates to deliver custom-fit hair and beauty solutions. This role requires 3 years of retail experience with 1 year in sales management, a cosmetology license is a plus, and the position involves physical exertion including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
