Ensure food safety compliance, maintain clean prep areas and storage coolers, and rotate items for sale to control shrink. Take customer orders for entrees, salads, and prepared foods, monitor pricing and signage, and work safely around slicers and hot equipment. Follow department goals and communicate with store leadership.
