Job Summary
The Retail - PT Front End Associate is responsible for providing extraordinary shopping experiences to guests during checkout, which includes operating cash registers, maintaining accurate pricing, promoting add-on sales, and handling various forms of payment. Ideal candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, exhibit a friendly demeanor, and be able to manage stress in a fast-paced environment. Basic mathematical skills, the ability to follow instructions, a commitment to teamwork, and flexibility in work shifts are essential for this position. Candidates are preferred to hold a high school diploma or equivalent and must maintain necessary permits such as a TABC Beverage Sellers Permit.

- Must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's
