Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect products for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards, record production data, and maintain accurate logs. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance, report malfunctions or hazards to supervisors, and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets. Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. This hourly position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred manufacturing experience.
