Job Summary
Stock shelves and assist guests with checkout and service. Operate the cash register, scan items, redeem coupons, and handle payments. Maintain pricing accuracy, use POS equipment, and assist with carry-outs. Facilitate add-on sales and promote charity of the month. Ensure safety and cleanliness, resolve guest questions courteously, and support inventory and daily reconciliation. Requires ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and push/pull 50-100 pounds; must be able to work flexible hours including Fridays/Saturdays. Preferred: high school diploma or GED; cashiering experience; bilingual skills are a plus. Must comply with Specs Family Partners and OSHA safety regulations.
