Job Summary
The Assistant Produce Team Lead will focus on leading a successful produce team while executing various tasks in the store. Responsibilities include directing produce department personnel, communicating with the store team lead, ordering necessary produce items, and ensuring product attractiveness through proper handling and merchandising. Additionally, the role involves understanding proper product techniques, building attractive displays, and monitoring product pricing and placement. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment, and meet physical demands such as lifting and stocking up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
