Direct the Deli/Bistro team in the Assistant Team Lead's absence, overseeing personnel, communicating with store leadership, and managing product ordering to maintain adequate stock levels. Supervise the preparation and serving of deli items, breakfast, lunch, dinner entrees, fried foods, and prepared salads while displaying merchandise and rotating items for sale to ensure quality and safety. Audit incoming merchandise, break down orders, and position products in storage areas, coolers, and freezers. Maintain clean sales counters, prep areas, and walk-in coolers while monitoring pricing, signage, and placement. Take customer orders, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
