Job Summary
Stock shelves, stock beer/wine/deli areas, and assist guests in locating products. Greet guests, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and participate in general duties including stocking, moving cases, cleaning floors and restrooms, managing carts, and assisting with inventory. May operate a cash register as needed and suggest add-on items. Must follow lifting techniques and safety regulations (OSHA). Full-time schedule with shifts on Friday or Saturday; ability to handle 50–100 lb lifting and frequent standing/walking. Requires basic math for discounts and pricing and effective communication with guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Retail stocking experience preferred but willing to train
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Must be available to work various shifts including Fridays/Saturdays
- TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and Food Handlers Permit may be required
- Able to communicate with guests and coworkers; bilingual a plus
