Job Summary
PT Front End Associate at Spec's Family Partners in Rosenberg, TX. Provide extraordinary shopping experiences and exceptional service at checkout, operate cash register or electronic scanner, access UPC codes and prices, redeem coupons, assist with carry-outs, and maintain a clean, organized register area. Roles include greeting guests, using the guest services script, suggesting add-on items, handling payments (cash, checks, debit/credit, gift cards), ensuring proper pricing, and counting change. Maintain inventory, assist with store duties as assigned, stand for long periods, manage multiple tasks with accuracy, and comply with safety and training requirements. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50+ pounds occasionally, and be available for varying shifts including Fridays and Saturdays. Education/experience preference for cashiering with high school diploma or GED; bilingual skills are a plus.
