Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service, manage store operations to exceed sales goals, and ensure the store's safety and security while maintaining a vibrant shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Additional Requirements
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
