Job Summary
Lead store operations to drive sales and deliver a standout customer experience. Oversee talent management, coaching, and team development; ensure achievement of sales goals and adherence to budgets, inventory management, and safety procedures. Act as a role model and coach for staff, inspire performance, and ensure the store consistently presents itself at its best while maintaining company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
