Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supervising and supporting the daily goals and activities of store associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales and driving customer loyalty. Responsibilities include engaging and training associates, managing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention policies, and analyzing store trends to anticipate customer needs. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and have a minimum of 3 years of retail sales/customer service experience, along with at least 1 year of management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
