Job Summary
Supervise store associates and lead daily operations while ensuring brand standards, optimal customer experiences, and financial targets are met. Manage inventory, payroll, and scheduling, execute omni-channel fulfillment strategies, and enforce safety and loss prevention protocols. Recruit, train, and coach teams to build a diverse workforce, resolve customer issues, and maintain compliance with company policies. This role supports the Store Manager and assumes full responsibility for all primary duties when the manager is absent.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
- Must be able to perform recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to reach, crouch, and stoop
- Must be able to stretch
- Must be able to perform above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
- Must be able to observe fire regulations and traffic signals
- Must be able to use safe work practices with office equipment
- Must be able to avoid trips and falls
- Must be able to adhere to guidelines
- Must be able to interpret and adapt guidelines
- Must be able to develop and implement guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
