Prospect new associates from the PF, PJ, and Agro segments through calls, messages, visits, and community events. Conduct physical or digital service to convert business with existing accounts, identifying and closing financial solutions while meeting targets. Manage the commercial agenda and oversee business processes including account openings, updates, closures, capital movements, and credit operations. Handle credit recovery and collection for delinquent operations within negotiation deadlines. Register all contact interactions on the relationship platform. Full-time, 40-hour week, on-site in São Luiz Gonzaga/RS. Requires ANBIMA CPA and C-PRO R certification.
