Job Summary
Prospect new associates from PF, PJ, and Agro segments via calls, messages, visits, and community events. Conduct physical or digital service to convert business with existing clients, identify financial solutions, and close negotiations. Manage commercial schedules and execute business processes including account openings, updates, closures, capital movements, and credit operations. Recover credit and collect on overdue operations within negotiation deadlines. Complete training, meetings, and other complementary activities. Requires ANBIMA CPA and C-PRO R certification, experience managing PF, PJ, and/or Agro business, and a valid CNH B license. Full-time on-site role in Santo Ângelo/RS with 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior Completo ou em andamento
- Possuir Certificação ANBIMA CPA e C-PRO R
- Experiência profissional com gestão de negócios PF, PJ e/ou Agro
- Conhecimentos sobre produtos e serviços financeiros
- Disponibilidade para atuar na região de Santo Ângelo/RS
- Possuir Carteira de Habilitação - CNH B
- Formato de trabalho: Presencial
- Carga horária de 40h semanais (segunda à sexta-feira)
