Job Summary
Prospect new associates through calls, visits, and community events to drive business growth. Conduct physical or digital customer service to convert accounts, identify financial solutions, and execute negotiations. Manage commercial schedules and oversee business processes including account openings, capital movements, and credit operations. Handle credit recovery and collections within negotiation deadlines while maintaining contact records on the platform. Requires ANBIMA CPA and C-PRO R certification, experience in PF/PJ/Agro segments, and a valid CNH B license. Full-time, 40-hour onsite role in Santa Rosa/RS with competitive compensation, PPR participation, and comprehensive wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior Completo ou em andamento
- Possuir Certificação ANBIMA CPA e C-PRO R
- Experiência profissional com gestão de negócios PF, PJ e/ou Agro
- Conhecimentos sobre produtos e serviços financeiros
- Disponibilidade para atuar na região de Santa Rosa/RS
- Possuir Carteira de Habilitação - CNH B
- Formato de trabalho: Presencial
- Carga horária de 40h semanais (segunda à sexta-feira)
