Job Summary
Prospect new associates through calls, messages, and community events to drive business growth. Conduct physical or digital outreach to convert existing accounts, identifying and closing financial solutions while managing the full business lifecycle from account opening to closure. Organize commercial schedules for external visits and handle credit recovery operations within negotiation deadlines. Execute business processes including capital movements, credit operations, and CRM registration. Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule with on-site presence in Santa Rosa/RS. Requires ANBIMA CPA and C-PRO R certifications, plus experience managing PF, PJ, and Agro segments.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior Completo ou em andamento
- Possuir Certificação ANBIMA CPA e C-PRO R
- Experiência profissional com gestão de negócios PF, PJ e/ou Agro
- Conhecimentos sobre produtos e serviços financeiros
- Disponibilidade para atuar na região de Santa Rosa/RS
- Possuir Carteira de Habilitação - CNH B
- Formato de trabalho: Presencial
- Carga horária de 40h semanais (segunda à sexta-feira)
