Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet contract requirements by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and breakrooms. Remove trash and debris from inside and outside the building, sanitize door handles, clean windows, and restock all supplies as needed. Perform tasks including lifting 30 pounds, standing for 8 hours, and using a manual broom and mop while wearing required PPE and adhering to safety protocols. Must pass background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting

- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
