Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, conference rooms, and labs; clean tables and empty trash. Remove trash and debris outside the building, and clean, sanitize, restock, and remove trash in restrooms and breakrooms. Sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, and clean thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel toe shoes. This Jan PT role requires the ability to lift 40 pounds, stand, climb stairs, and push a manual broom for the entire shift.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
- Must be willing to wear steel toe shoes
