03 Formulation - Service Operator - Searcy

Set up, change over, and operate all Formulation equipment including the grinder, extruder, vat dumper, and various lifts according to SOPs. Weigh, label, and identify ingredients and meat products, ensuring batches are prepared in the correct sequence and proper weights. Maintain a clean work area by wiping condensation, taking out trash, and changing or cleaning batteries on all lifts. Inspect for foreign contamination, report any product issues such as wrong meat or off smells to the Line Leader or Supervisor, and break down equipment at the end of the shift. This role requires basic math skills, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and adherence to food safety and GMP procedures.
