Job Summary
Support individuals with developmental, mental health, and medical needs by assisting with daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety, and recreation. Follow support plans, document daily progress, and apply behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate dependable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while learning required procedures and regulations. Full-time day shifts from 7am-3pm Monday through Wednesday and every other weekend.
