Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Sally Beauty supports the Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates, and assumes primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. Responsibilities span Brand (supervision of associates’ daily goals, omnichannel selling, and maintaining brand standards), People (training, development, and coaching), Operations (store processes, inventory/workflow, scheduling, and digital strategies), and Safety/Loss Prevention (cash control, asset protection, and compliance). Requires ability to lead or support a team, communicate effectively with management, and meet business objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving KPIs.
