Job Summary
Maintain a clean and professional appearance for numerous buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, and vacuuming entrances and stairs. Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass partitions while mixing cleaning solutions per specifications. Service restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchenettes; gather, empty, and sort trash and cardboard throughout production areas. Operate machinery including Walk Behind Scrubbers and maintain equipment by cleaning and reporting issues. Requisition supplies, set up or remove decorations for events, and notify management of repairs or safety situations. Must pass drug and background checks, be at least 16 years old, and possess reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to bend over a trash bin to remove up to 25lbs
- Must be able to lift 25lbs during the entire shift
- Capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours
- Capable of bending and squatting up to 8 hours
- Capable of pushing manual brooms and mops
- Capable of pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, twisting up to 8 hours
- Able to operate a Walk Behind Scrubber that involves strong physical abilities in the back, shoulder, arms, hip and neck
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but will train
