Job Summary
Maintain a clean and professional appearance for numerous buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, entrances, and stairs. Polish furniture and fixtures, clean windows and glass partitions, and service restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchenettes. Operate machinery such as walk-behind scrubbers to clean factory areas, mix cleaning solutions, and gather trash while maintaining separation between recyclables and waste. Requisition supplies, set up facilities for events, and notify management of repairs or issues. Requires passing a drug test and background check, minimum age of 16, and ability to lift 25lbs, stand for 8 hours, and operate heavy equipment. Weekly pay and insurance packages included.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to bend over a trash bin to remove up to 25lbs
- Must be able to lift 25lbs during the entire shift
- Capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours
- Capable of bending and squatting up to 8 hours
- Capable of pushing manual brooms and mops
- Capable of pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, twisting up to 8 hours
- Able to operate a Walk Behind Scrubber that involves strong physical abilities in the back, shoulder, arms, hip and neck
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but will train
