Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through assigned maintenance duties including plumbing, painting, furniture moving, ceiling tile replacement, wall wiping, overhead cleaning, and hanging tarps under roof leaks. Perform repair work on lighting and walls, scrub floors, and handle floor repair and dust removal. Operate forklifts, clean unit ops, product rings, print rolls, and perform waterjet cleaning. Manage lube and perfume room maintenance, fuel plant generators and fire pumps, pick up and puncture aerosol cans, dispose of e-scrap, deliver water, and crush barrels. Stand on concrete floors for two-hour intervals, use power tools, and lift 40 pounds while adhering to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
