Job Summary
Maintain clean and orderly conditions for numerous buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, entrances, stairs, and factory areas. Polish furniture and fixtures, clean windows and glass partitions, and service restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchenettes. Operate machinery including Walk Behind Scrubbers, mix cleaning solutions, and gather, empty, and sort trash and cardboard. Requisition supplies, set up facilities for events, and notify management of repairs or issues. Must pass a drug test and background check, be at least 18 years old, and possess the physical ability to lift 25lbs and stand for up to 8 hours. Training provided for prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to bend over a trash bin to remove up to 25lbs
- Must be able to lift 25lbs during the entire shift
- Capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours
- Capable of bending and squatting up to 8 hours
- Capable of pushing manual brooms and mops
- Capable of pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, twisting up to 8 hours
- Able to operate a Walk Behind Scrubber that involves strong physical abilities in the back, shoulder, arms, hip and neck
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but will train
