Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role supporting Store Manager in leading store operations, hiring and developing associates, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsible for achieving KPIs and financial targets, overseeing brand standards (merchandising, marketing, dress code), and maintaining omni-channel execution. Primary duties span 30% Brand (customer experience, sales, loyalty), 30% People (training, development, recruitment, team relations), 30% Operations (process execution, digital tools, inventory, scheduling), and 10% Safety/Loss Prevention (asset protection, safety, compliance). Requires strong leadership, communication, coaching, scheduling flexibility, and ability to work with diverse teams; cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
