Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, payroll scheduling, and opening/closing procedures, to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets. Manage Omni-channel fulfillment processes and resolve customer issues, while enforcing safety protocols and loss prevention measures. Act as the primary point of contact for associates and management, fostering an inclusive environment and driving continuous improvement across all store activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items
- Above-average agility and dexterity
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
