Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop ramp employees to uphold safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service in the UPS operation. Lead by example to promote a positive, team-oriented environment, ensure compliance with safety and company policies, manage department resources for maximum output, deliver orientation and ongoing coaching, and drive continuous improvement across all levels. Requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shift availability (up to 5 days/week), and strong communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to operate in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or otherwise eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in leading and supervising teams in a logistics/operations environment
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to manage resources to maximize output and efficiency
