Job Summary
Identify bottleneck and capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for enhanced on-time supplier delivery. Lead projects to remove barriers to business goals, specifically tracking RM availability, WIP, quality closures, and sub-tier supplier status. Drive results by interacting with multiple departments and management levels while prioritizing tasks within the CORE operating system. Utilize project management discipline to mitigate risks and actively participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, and SEMO meetings. Co-lead initiatives with customers and Supplier Development Leaders to break functional and logistical barriers. This role requires 80% on-site travel within the Phoenix, AZ area and 20% remote work. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Reside in the Phoenix, AZ Area
- A College Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience
- an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the Phoenix, AZ Area
- On-site at suppliers 80% of your time
- 20% of the time working from home office
