Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Sally Beauty supports the Store Manager in all areas including hiring, developing and leading store associates, achieving KPIs and financial targets, and ensuring brand standards. Primary duties cover Brand leadership to drive in-store and Omni-channel sales, People management including coaching and recruiting, and Operations including inventory, scheduling, and adherence to company processes. The role emphasizes customer experience, training, compliance with policies, and safe, efficient store operations; includes ability to lead a team, analyze store trends, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
