Direct produce department personnel and meet department goals in the manager's absence. Order merchandise to maintain adequate stock levels, unloading trailers, verifying orders, and positioning cases in the warehouse or walk-in cooler. Build attractive displays while monitoring pricing, signage, and placement to ensure proper shelf tags. Execute product trimming, rotation, culling, and watering techniques to maintain freshness and shelf life. Communicate directly with store team leads and supervisors. Requires standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years of age.
